4 years ago, in an attempt to clear up my acne, I radically changed my diet.

I decided to go grain-free and sugar-free.  Since I was no longer filling up on refined carbs, like bread and cereal, I had to eat SOMETHING ELSE!  So I began learning new ways of preparing vegetables.  

I tried eggplant for the first time (and loved it).  

I began roasting cauliflower almost every day.  

I made basil pesto for the first time and couldn't believe what I'd been missing out on.

I came to enjoy eating vegetables not because they were good for me, but because they taste good (if prepared the right way!).

That's what I want to share with you- not only the fresh produce, but the "know-how" to prepare it in the most amazing ways possible.  Let's get cooking!
